Job Details:
Understand the invoice, apply Geo specific rules
Enter details like number, date, description, amount, currency in Simple Index Compliance
Identify non-compliant/duplicate invoices and take appropriate actions: further escalation if required
Verify the vendor and all required details like bank, swift, BACHS, bank account number.
Track pending invoices on a daily basis to clear the backlog Knowledge capitalization
Capitalize knowledge and share it with the rest of the team when solving complex or first of a kind exception(s)
Prepare other reporting or perform special assignments as needed
Fluent English
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills
Team player spirit
Ability to work in cross-functional teams
Proficient with MS Excel; with Finance ERP (preferably PSFT) a plus
