-Deep knowledge of rental market in Delhi & Gurgaon

-Supremely confident leader with excellent communication skills & killing negotiating power

-Should be flexible with on-field job responsibilities.

-Customer centric approach & good with numbers

-Candidates MUST have own conveyance

-Willing to travel within the city

Candidates with online real estate background will be an advantage

Responsibilities

-Lead a team of 6-7 people for data mining and management of properties inventory.

-Making persuasive business pitches to clients for getting them on-board for tie-ups..

-Should be flexible with responsibilities, local travel is required.

-Tie-ups with local business/ clients for marketing and other services etc.

-Provide support & guidance to other local team members.

-Streamlining methods for exponential expansion in city.

-Oversee HR related procedures for local hiring.

-Expanding brand outreach through co-branding deals and publicity.
